R&D leader with over 10 years of experience in managing technology-driven projects. I began my career by founding a technology startup at university, where I led the development of an industrial robotics product. I have extensive experience building and managing cross-functional engineering teams, supported by a strong background in electronics, software development, and mechanical CAD design. Over the past four years, I have led R&D initiatives in underwater robotics, establishing and scaling teams from scratch in both Russia and Japan, with up to 20 direct reports. I successfully delivered a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) from concept and development through to commercial launch in the Japanese market.
